Hey guys, I accidentally touched my exhaust with a micro fiber cloth and it melted to it, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on to take it off

I had something melted to my exhaust when i got it.....don't know what is was but I tried the old way.......water and aluminum foil........keep rubbing it.....don't wash a away the slurry it develops......that is aluminum oxide and it is a very fine abrasive....not too abrasive though.......works like a charm!!
