Default Replacing baffles

I'm trying to replace the baffles on a 3 1/2" slash down rush muffler. The back screw has a nut that you can get to, but does anyone know if the front screw has a nut on the inside or what? Is it welded?, because I can't see how to get to it.

Mine had 1 screw. You may try making a redneck slam hammer to get the out. That's what I had to do, cause they were kind of frozen in there.
