I only have an apple computer. If i have a base map installed at Zipper's will i be good to go? Or do I still need to hookup to a windows computer?

If Zippers loaded the proper map then the TM will work fine out of the box.
Just remember that usually the TM is set to allow 5% max auto tune change without your ok. So in 1000 miles when you should be reading the changes and excepting them (If they look ok) so the TM can be free to further auto tune your bike you will be out of luck. Also if you should for example have some pinging at 4000 rpm at max throttle you will not be able to add some fuel to tune it out...
