Thanks for the invite. Riding an 08 denim blue with stage I, black 11" progressive 412's will be put on during the winter. Springer front end in the works, maybe before spring.

Been a little chilly here the past few days but I've been riding anyway. Got a little over 300 miles on the bike so far. Went to the local dealer today and got a tool bag for the forks. Looks nice. Ordered a tool kit from ebay for it. Gonna go riding a little bit tomorrow with a friend of mine who rides a Roadstar Warrior.

Went for a ride with my Warrior friend and had a blast. Unfortunately I got a flat tire just down the road from my house. Made it home ok and plan on taking the wheel/tire/tube to the shop tomorrow to have them fix it up for me. 357 miles on the odometer and a flat tire. AGGGG!!!

Finnaly took delivery this morning...put about 100 mikes on her to get started on the "break in" period. Lots of fun, comfy, handles well but shakes the heck out me unless I stay in the "smooth zone"...lol I posted a few pics in the Dyna picutres thread.

I'm not sure I'll get the full 500 mile breakin period - well I might JUST make it if I get out tomorrow at all. Getting damn nippy. I was visiting a friend today (NOT on my bike) and came home and hubby said he "put the blanket on it". I'm hoping to do at least a local ride tomorrow.

Cool deal, SBRob! It does handle well, doesn't it? Yesterday while I was riding with my Warrior friend we went through a long sweeping right-hand turn and I got the bike leaned over so far that the right footpeg actually dragged the pavement. Just rubbed a little rubber off of it but I have a feeling I'm going to have to get some pegs that have those little replaceable feelers on them so I can drag them without tearing them up. Wahoo! Fun ride!
