Default 2008 streetglide Power Commander V possible issue

2008 street glide exhaust cams and a/c. I put a PCV on and put a map close to what is done to the bike. When I put the ignition on the rpm tach starts bouncing all over the place and the bike won't start. I take the PCV off and bike starts right up with no bouncing needle. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Try a different MAP for your year/model bike. Doesn't have to be the closest one. Just something to put in it to see if it will start. If you get the same results the PC-V is bad

It has nothing to do with the map. Your power commander has an issue. Check all the pins where it plugs into the ecm. Use some dielectric grease also. I had one that would run great, then all of a sudden my bike would quit. I'm not a fan of piggyback tuners.
