i chkd the battery off my volt tester, the starter i took out of the bike and hooked to my battery charger and made sure it spun, when i put power to it, i tried to jump out the relay and the bike still would not start if i jump start the bike it runs fine so i dont think it has to do with the generator?

Fully charge the battery and take it to a shop and have it load tested, an auto parts store will do it for free.

Until you know you have a fully charged battery in good working condition, you can`t effectively troubleshoot an electrical issue.

How old is the battery?
