Appears to be electrical. Alarm lights and signals lights flash but starter will not engage.

 

If it's the original battery it's probably time for a new one. At least get it fully charged and then have it load tested.
Check for loose/dirty battery cables both at the battery terminals and ground connection.3
Beyond that, there's the ignition switch, starter relay and fuses and starter clutch to look at.

 

First thing to do is to put a new CR2032 battery in your fob, making certain it is the correct way.
