Just an FYI - They do not lock the vin - it's done off the seed and key. You could take an ecm and tuner off of a bike and install the pair on a second bike, reflash the vin to a new one and the tuner would still work.

This guy takes "married" Harley Pro Super Tuners and "un-marries" them. $109. Yes, I know it's for Super Tuners, but my bet is they will do for Pro Street Tuners as well. Cheaper than new.
