First I hope I'm posting in the right area ? I have no pulse from the ECM to the coil plug. This is on a 2003 custom build with a carburetor . The bike ran 2 nights ago and I have no idea what happened ? I have 4.7 v from the Crank sensor , voltage at the B terminal on the coil plug but no signal at A or C . I took the ECM and plugged it into my friend bike and it started right up. any suggestions please . Thanks in advance

 

Well, it’s not the ECM. Gotta be a wiring issue. So go back to the last thing done to the bike and chase from there.

Sorry for the lack of intro . This is just driving me crazy and I really hate to bother anyone with my problems.

 

a little more background info on the harness and parts used for the build would probably be usefull. the year of the engine, what control systems, brands and styles.

The motor is a 2003 TC 88 A bone stock,
ECM is Dynatek TC88.
Harness is from Wire Plus
PM hand conrols
S&S Carb
New Stock coil #13655-99

 

You might not get spark if the rear cylinder does not have compression. Test with rear plug installed. IIRC the DTTs spark but on front cylinder timing. Don't know what the dynatech does.
