93 dyna lights dim and brighten, neutral light isn't lighting up, won't turn over, and clicks at relay and circuit breakers. Replaced starter relay and circuit breakers still same thing. If I manually press button on starter it turns over but will not start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Check the connections at the battery and at the ground cable to the frame. Get the battery fully charged and have it load tested.
