you have the black box one? sure you must have an old laptop with windows7 or xp

 

Mine is black box, I purchased in 2007. I tried opening the program on my laptop, and would not.

Version 477 software works on windows 10.

 

Is that something you can google and find online? I am just going by the file I have transferred computer to computer all these years.

Actually looking at my files I think I already have it. Not sure if this is something I downloaded years ago, it is a zip file. My disc says 2007 windows 98 pn 32117-o1j.

I used to keep up with stuff but now it has been so many years I can't remember,

I think I installed it just cant find, its not on desktop. Will have to look later it manual on desktop but not the program

 

Installed 477. Everything seems to go through. Menu pops screaming eagle and I install data and tuning modes. Shortcuts on desktop. But when I click on shortcuts nothing happens,

 

Did you create the shortcut from program files (x86) - Screaming Eagle Tools > Delpi > Tuning Mode, the red icon? Once the program opens you may need to select "Advanced Mode" under the "Set up" tab

 

You have computer issues. Nothing to do with the Race Tuner software not working. Plenty of people using it.
Is your shortcut pointing to the right directory/location? Did you change the directory during install?
Try running the executable from the location of install. NOT the shortcut.
You have to be smarter than the equipment you're working with or let someone that is do it.

 

No doubt. I can muddle my way through with computers, find ***** on the internet, but the rest takes me a bit. But I am not sure an IT who can load software can tune a bike necessarily
