I bought a used black box version that's locked to fiddle with software and see if I can get it to work. Dis you get through with yours yet?

You don't need to be an IT person to have some basic computer skillz. L33T
I suggest uninstalling/reinstalling. Make sure to delete any folders left behind in the install directory and the temp folder used during install. Shortcut too.

 

Have not played with this since last week. My plan is 103" so hopefully I can find a cam close enough and canned map close enough to start with. So I can ride to a tuner, either fuel moto or someone mentioned above who works with serts
