hey guys...i have a pc3usb and im fairly new at this but here goes..i got the pc from fuel moto and those guys are great but they still havent got me the right map so i thought if any of you guys have the same set up as i that you could share the map...i have a 06 dyna sg with the se stage 1 air kit and vance&hines staggard shortshot with standard baffles.. i have 3 maps that fuel moto gave me but they havent helped..im getting alot of decel popping and the bike just seems slugish..i seem to keep it in 4th or 5th more often to compensate for the lack of power..i had a fuel pak on the bike before and it ran strong but it would pop like craze so i thought i would go the pc3 route..any advice on this...thanks

 

Take it to a qualified Dyno guy and dial it the right way...No two bikes are the same...

Ya might want to back out the pipes, replace the seals and re-install the pipes or at least check to see that they are snug to the heads...leaks will cause popping..

Since you have the short pipes try the M811-005 map. It's for the big radius pipes which are short like yours.

The description of your power curve sounds like it is to rich. The best thing for you to do would be to get a dyno done on it. That will get you the closest to perfect. After that point you may just need to tweak the make to your riding style.

The over rich condition could be contributing to your popping on Decel. If you are running to rich and have unburned fuel it will pop when it is dumped into the hot exhaust on Decel. Of course you could to Lean also and the hot pipes are causing the popping on decel. The canned mapps are just a starting point.Every bike is different. Spend Money on a dyno or a wideband sensor.

 

Those short pipes will also cause popping on decel as hot unburnedgasses hits the air and ignites.
