Not a clue. Mine ran fine with no popping etc...just showed a little lean on the dyno. I would definately call VH and talk with Adam in FuelPak tech as he is suppoesed to be the man out there. Maybe they can tell you to try a different program, one thats a little richer. Sorry I couldnt help. you may have a bad fuelpak which in that case, you would need it replaced by them anyways. Keep us posted as to what you find out!

I've got a 2006 Deuce with a simular set-up. Big Shot Staggard's with quiet baffles. Sceamin' Eagle A/C, V&H Fuel Pak and stock download. Had mine dyno'd also and came out with about 72.5 HP and 75 lb. of torque, the A/F was roughly 15 at low RPM and went down to just a shade under 14 at higher RPM with no spikes like yours. I was told the same thing being a little lean.
I was looking at the map for regular baffles, which is way different and thinking if I change to that map it might richen it up a little. Have to check with V&H to see what they say.
