Default Strange electrical situation on '10 Ultra

Throwing this out there in hopes someone has seen this combo of issues before:

I've been riding my '10 Ultra pretty regularly, and last week rode it to work every day. On Thursday, it ran perfectly on the morning commute, but when I tried to crank it in the afternoon it barely turned over once and died. Not even enough juice in the battery for lights. We tried to jump it with a friend's bike, but no luck.

Trailered the bike home and found the battery wouldn't take a charge. I'd just bought that battery about a month before, so I took it back to the seller (Ebco Battery) and they told me it had an internal short after trying to charge it themselves. So...refunded me, and I bought a new battery elsewhere. Got the new battery in and the bike turns over normally, but won't start. I notice that I don't hear the fuel pump running when the ignition is turned on.

I checked the diagnostic codes and got the following:
P0134 Front O2 sensor inactive
P0154 Rear O2 sensor inactive
P0031 O2 heater low/open
P1003 System relay contacts open
U1016 Loss of ECM serial data

I have a Power Commander V installed, which I believe explains the first three codes....there are O2 sensor eliminators installed.

I replaced the system relay, no change. Replaced fuel pump fuse as well, but still don't hearing it starting up when the ignition is on. Cleared all the codes, but the same group came back again when I attempted to start the bike.

An additional piece of info, which may or may not be important: Had a new inner fairing installed by a dealership several weeks ago. Bike has been running perfectly until now, but there was extensive electrical work involved.

Anyone have any ideas before I take it in for repairs?

Thanks in advance!

The dealership messed it up. Make them fix it since you already paid them

Have you tried removing the Power Commander V to rule out this as being the problem?

Yep, removed the PCV and still have the same issue. Seems something is preventing the fuel pump from powering up, and I'm not getting fuel to the injectors.
