Default Fork size

hey guys just wondering if y'all could help me out with this. My forks are leaking and I won't to rebuild them but unsure of the size forks I have it's only a 78 iron head on rigid frame. I've checked all over the forks and don't see any markings on them. If y'all can point me in the right direction to get a kit for my forks I would appreciate it a lot thanks

If whoever built it used the stock forks they should be 35mm but you need to measure them to be 100% sure as it could be any front end on it .You can pick up a cheap digital caliper from Harbor Freight or Amazon for $10 - $12. Picture would help too.
