Default S&S E throttle return spring

Howdy, I would like to find a lighter return spring for my Super E. Anywhere to find one? S&S cables are expensive and gets into my beer money.
I'm about ready to put the old Bendix back on.

What is your issue? Too hard to turn the throttle? Might be time to lube the cable, just sayin'.

My issue is the expensive throttle cables for the E. There any good buys on them I don't know about?

Cables are pretty cheap, take a look at J&P.

50 years of being a very active motorcycle rider on many machines I have frayed one carb cable and that was due to bad routing and it got kinked, find and fix the real issue and you'll be much happier. Weaker spring on the carb would just be a another series of problems you won't like.

Exactly, Fix issue, don't bandaid..
Almost the same with me, never had a throttle cable issue. Lubed regularly.
