Default Handle Bar Help

Ok I have two bikes. Both M8's. I really like the stock bars on the 17 RGU. The 17 Police Bike Handlebars were too low for me with the PB seat. I bought a set of HD Mini Apes. Height is good but the angle is all wrong. I was in pain all the way to Daytona and back. And my dumb self didn't look at after market while I was there. So now I'm looking for a handlebar that is a lot like the RGU stock bar for a street glide style bike.

Thanks in advance

"A Lot Like"?

Why not just buy a stock RGU handlebar?

The RGU bar will not mount on a Police Bike or a Ultra. The bar diameter is different

Replace the risers. Problem solved.

Have you tried out a Road King Special? Maybe those handlebars will be more comfortable. Also try out a Heritage.

It's hard to tell from the picture but the bar angle looks like the HD Mini Ape bar. Does it angle towards the rider more davey019? I looked at the idea of putting the Road Glide bars on the police bike. It appears The master cylinders from a Road Glide may be needed also if I use Road Glide bars?

The bars angle back towards the rider a little. I have them pushed most of the way forward and am pretty happy. I had the same bars on my 12 SG and love them

The Wild Ones Web Site will show quite a few pictures also on the design and angles.
