I have not had this issue on 18 107 classic
In Ohio, a car is defined as a lemon if it has a problem (or problems) that reduces its value or makes it a possible hazard on the road. If you have a vehicle like this, it can be emotionally disturbing as well as a financial headache. Fortunately for Ohio drivers, there is a Lemon Law in the state that covers passenger cars, light trucks, or motorcycles if they are less than one-year-old and have fewer than 18,000 recorded miles on the odometer.
if you have a 2011 or newer model year vehicle that has had a mechanical defect(s) that has been subject to repair multiple times, or your vehicle has been at the dealership several days for repairs, your vehicle may be considered a “lemon” under the Texas Lemon Law. This means that you may be entitled to a refund, a replacement vehicle, or cash compensation.
Consumers may request a refund of their money or a replacement vehicle under the Arizona Lemon Law if excessive repair attempts have occurred during the first two (2) years or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles of ownership. Generally speaking, it is required that you provide the automobile manufacturer, through their authorized representatives (the dealer), a minimum of four (4) opportunities to make the repairs. Or, in the alternative, if your vehicle has been out of service for repair greater than thirty (30) days.
let my bike fart they better hope they wipe it quick, Im amazed you all let them get away with it . A law office will wright up letter for less than a seat , watch how fast **** moves in your favor . enough would be enough . I dont think im lucky that my bike has been flawless but they are lucky it has been .
