Your run is a lot smoother than mine. He did get all he could out of it based on other 131 Stage 4 dynos I've seen..

I see you are getting a lot of recommendations for motor mods. That's great! Don't forget that even with just going well built 114 your drive train will need some attention, Your clutch and compensator's reliability will be over stressed. The drive train isn't designed for the horsepower and torque that a hot 114 will produce. An upgraded clutch basket, hub and springs would be a great idea. Clutch Hubs are known to strip out at the splines, and Clutch baskets break under increase power. They are designed to work well with stock motors not with double the horsepower and torque. Darkhorse makes a great compensator. A built 131 will make that situation way more critical. Good luck and enjoy the bike. Hot Rods are fun but they are expensive.

Complete Stage 4 kit and I agree.. I'm not so concerned with the peaks but that curve kinda sucks.. When I talked with them they said it needs more fuel in rhat area but the HD tuner won't let them put more in ..

Save your money, do a Harley Davidson Oil Pump, the 2020 8 lobe pump. Works great even on very high HP and torque builds. Some of the well know builders mentioned have quit using the S&S oil pump to go to the HD 2020 version. I have been running it for 21,000 miles on my 163HP build.
As for the CVO air filter, probably will not flow enough they are border line flowing enough for a HD version of a stage 2 which is less power than your looking at. The Harley Ventilator Extreme will handle it, which is what HD recommends for their 131 kit.

There is something not right. A good friend has a 2020 RGS with the 131 kit in it. All HD parts. His curve is nice and smooth. His is with HD tuner, HD exhaust and all.

After careful consideration and talking with some friends I’ve decided to scrap the 131. I’m going with the redshift 468 cam D@D Billet cat and Powervision tuner. I’ve also ordered the S@S cam plate and high flow oil pump. They tell me on a 114 I can get 130+ torque and about 110-112 horsepower. I’d be extremely happy with that considering how the 114 runs stock. I’ve always loved the power on my bike. I think this route is way more reliable and economical. On Harleys website it says the 131 gets about 131 ft lbs of torque. I can’t see spending all the money for a crate engine when I can get there with a cam and good tune. Im not really chasing horsepower either. This should be a significant upgrade over stock. I’ll keep you posted on how it goes. Thanks fellas I appreciate all the tips and advice! Ps do you think I need to upgrade the air cleaner too for this build? I think mine is high flow cause it’s a CVO. Just curious
