RE: 2007 Sportster 1200 Custom
i thought it was just me. there is an 07 bob on here for 12,500 and two 06 bobs for around 11. this one will be on here for a while. after market parts are pretty much worthless in resale. I learned that lesson myself all too well in the atv world.

KBB lists this bike RETAIL for $9265. If all parts are genuine Harley, you add $1000 for every $3000 of parts you have with receipts. Look at all the sportster on here not selling for $8000. I do not know of anyone who would spend $14000 on a sportster but you can ask for it all you want, just do not be shocked when you do not get anywhere near it.

All, tell me what makes Sportster1200 less than another HD model dollar wise??
This SP 1200's will nilelate any of the HD models from light to light runs.
There is 12grand worth of accessorys on this SP.
This SP looks good and have won some bike shows with out even changing out the front end or a bigger rear tire, there is a AME front end kit that could go along with this bike for extra $$.
stevieg-You can get? So why dont you? You gobuythat 07 SB and bring it here to Falls Church Va, and I will run you straight up from light to light for cash, but you won't buy it so that's moot.
rkharley- I understand what your saying, everyone expects a steamen deal or there a bike-value-experthere on the forums, and my add says OBO but I'm not giving it away, if I do not sell,Imight put it back to stock and I willput it upfor 10 grand.

RE: 2007 Sportster 1200 Custom
Cool.....1st time I've been flamed. I feel.......like I belong!
Bryon, sorry. Didn't mean to pile on. I sold my '01 Sportster about a year ago and I had a lot into it as well. It was beautiful. Only 7,500 miles.Wanted 7k, ended up with 5,500.
I've been looking on every site I know daily including this forum for a good deal on either a Streetbob or Lowrider for a long time and I know what bikes are going for. And I know how people feel when they sell their bikes. It's your baby and you've put a lot of time and money into it. I also see bikes on ebay and HDTrader that sit there for months and never sell. There's an '06 Anniverary SG Custom with 71 miles and I've seen the guy drop his price from 14,900 to 12,500 and it's STILL there. It's tough. Good luck.
