The bike has 51K well maintained miles. I recently performed a complete 50K mile service at 49.8K miles. The 50K service was performed per the HD 2016 Touring models 50K Service checklist, to include new steering head bearings and rebuilding the front forks. I bought the bike used January 2018, with 15K miles. I have complete service, maintenance, and repair records for the entire time I have owned the motorcycle. The bike is in above average condition with above average, documented maintenance records. At 21,000 miles , I had FuelMoto install and tune their Street Outlaw 24" S&S crate engine. It dyno'd at 135HP & 151TQ. The bike is in excellent running condition.
This has been my touring bike. It has not been raced or driven hard. I wanted the extra power for touring 2-up with my wife. The extra power also helps to pass slower traffic quickly. This is a great touring bike. I recently bought a newer M8 bagger, so it's time to sell this bike.
I have records/receipts for the engine install, as well as any and all service and modifications added to the motorcycle. Notable mods/accessories include; FuelMoto 124" S&S Street Outlaw crate engine (with associated intake, exhaust, clutch improvements), a 2023 Harley-Davidson GTS radio/GPS, Wild Ones WO579 handlebars, Custom Dynamics LED lighting, Muller hydraulic clutch slave, lighted switch packs, and heated grips.
JD Powers says the average retail for this bike, without any consideration for options/accessories, is $13,050. Due to it's condition, maintenance, and accessories, I believe it is a well above average example of a 2016 Ultra Classic. I am only asking $11,750. You won't find a better maintained, better running 2016 Bagger for this price.
I also have the original, numbers matching 103" HO engine that came in the bike from the factory. It is a completely OEM engine, with a Stage I Screamin' Eagle air cleaner, an external breather system, and all sensors/parts needed to drop it in the bike and ride. It has 21K miles. The OEM engine was fogged and openings sealed, after it was removed for the S&S engine install. It has been stored in my climate controlled garage/shop. I would be willing to include the engine in this sale for an extra $1200.
I would be willing to send a .pdf copy of the complete maintenance, repair, and modification records to truly interested buyers.

I will be willing to assist you with shipping the motorcycle, but I know nothing about shipping a full engine. You would have to supply any crate/shipping materials if you want the engine shipped.

I found a great deal on a 2020 CVO Street Glide. It has 7500 miles, an S&S cam, and a color matched tour pack. The deal was good enough that I couldn't wait until this bike was sold.
I toyed with taking the tour pack off of this one and just keeping it, but each of my bikes are different models, with different rides & feels. I don't really need two baggers. Plus my motorcycle parking spaces were already filled...
