I'd say that it's priced to sell. Like others have said, sell the parts separately. You'll always get more $ that way.

I just sold my 2006 Street Bob with 3,000 miles for $8,000. It's a good price. It took me 4 months to sell mine.

I don't know what the KBB is but that sounds like a good price for these current times and it's spring time to boot. Check the completed listings on ebay a nice bike like yours would stand a good chance at selling at that price. Good luck.
