Infotainment System Start Up

Infotainment System Start Up
I have a 2015 FLTRXS with the Infotainment system. Most times it works flawlessly. However, during some cool (below 45) days when I turn on the ignition switch it does not boot up. I just get the H-D bar and shield logo on the screen. None of the buttons on the sides of the screen will function. None of the handlebar control buttons will function. The only thing I can do is press my Info toggle to view the temperature. From that display I can use my Infotainment menu select button on the right handlebar control and select back. Sometimes it will show the home menu and sometimes I just get the bar and shield logo again. Power off and back on does not do a reset. After riding for 15-20 minutes I try these steps again and like magic, it all works as normal.
Anyone else have this issue and recommend a work around or solution?

When I learned how to drive many years ago that was one of the things they taught you, shut off all electrical accessories (wipers, lights, radio, heater, etc.) before shutting down the engine, less draw on the battery next time you startup. Not sure if it still applies in today's hi tech cars but old habits die hard...

It is old school, and logical procedure, reinforced by 45 years of flying. As you stated Rob/leon, when i am starting i want all the juice from the battery going to the starter. Recip engines and especially turbine engines a lot of fuel gets dumped into the engine and we can't afford the igniters to stop firing. Again it makes sense, but it was taught to me by my father in the old Hudson, lol.
After the engine starts and the oil pressure is up, now you can start aux stuff like the boom, passing lights, fogs etc.
