I know this is a bit dated, but I have to say this is a nice area to cruise around...

Yep, you can head north (Boiling Springs) or south into Maryland and get some good roads and scenery. You can also head south west over to Thurmont, MD for good riding roads also.

If you ride into Maryland, you'd better be wearing a helmet as it's mandatory regardless of the rider's age, unlike Florida.

I found this one out the hard way...
