Like the title says, I'm looking for a Adam's Pennsylvania county map. I'm old school in my ride planning and road exploring. I'd be willing to compensate someone for it. Looking forward to someone who can help with this as trying to locate one is difficult. Maybe another truck driver has 1 around that they would be willing to get rid of

 

I can't speak for Pennsylvania. Here in Wisconsin, most counties offer free county maps at the county courthouse, or county highway department. Below are three examples of a few dozen I have obtained from courthouses. All three were free from the county clerk.

I know you can usually find paper maps of the various counties etc at the PA welcome centers.
