Rolling Thunder

Just checking to see if anybody was going to Washington Dc on Memorial day weekend for Rolling Thunder???

We'll be there (rhbb1200n and I). Looking forward to it. Hope the weather is good. We'll be heading down to Washington H-D on Sat. for the festivities there. Plan on riding up to York for a plant tour on Mon. or Tues., too.

My local HOG chapterplans a ride complete with police escort to it's sister dealership and then from there we go to the pentagon parking lot.

wqe are planinh to go to Pattroit H-D in fairfax they have a big party also not as big as fort washinton but a lot better ride to and from

Booked a rm right there near Patriot Harly.

Just have'nt gotten any one to commit to the trip with me. Don't feel like the ride down alone.

Will be attending here from Fredericksburg area with 4 other riders. Just aren't sure whether we are going to Patriot or Ft. Washington for the ride in.

We will be leaving on Saturday from Pittsburgh, Pa. Staying in Chantilly, Va. 15 min. from Fairfax.

Might want to schedule that trip to York on Tues instead of Mon. According to their website: "Tours are also not offered on major holidays...." Since Monday is Memorial Day, they probably will not be offering tours.
