I dunno really. Its a pinched nerve in my upper back, radiating into my right arm. I've got tingling and numbness all the way down to my finger tips.

This all started just after Thanksgiving last year, got better, but about a week after the charity ride I organize, it got a lot worse than ever before.

I've had an MRI, and it isn't a disk issue (thankfully), it is muscular. I'm seeing a Chiropractor and massage therapist now cuze Kaiser physical therapy really didn't do anything for me.

I don't even drive the cage, wife has been driving me to work

I was expecting more response, so far 2 from here and 2 from the shovel forum I belong to. Maybe the regional area was the wrong place to try this. I'll try the general chat this weekend.

If ya do Hood River, there's a good brew pub up at the top of the hill overlooking the Columbia called Horse Feathers. Great food and great brew. I'll keep an eye on this thead. If I'm available that weekend, I'd love to come along.
