Default Local dealer asking $36K for CVO PAS

Stopped by the dealership today to inquire about getting the cruise control switch replaced on my 2022 PAS (it fell off going down the highway). Then I saw the bike. Crazy that they're asking about $8K over MSRP.

8K over is crazy. At MSRP the CVO PAS is a pretty good buy.

$36K makes me appreciate my $11K '22 V-STROM 1050XT. It does everything I need and seems unbreakable.

A local dealer got one in and sold it at MSRP the same day

MSRP stands for manufacturer SUGGESTED retail price. It what HD says the bike should sell for in most market but the customers determine the actual price. We sold our CVO’s $10,000 over MSRP but once we had to sell a new VRSCR for $10,000 below after it sat on the showroom floor for 2 years. It will take a minute but someone will buy it.

I'm fine with capitalism. I think 8K over is crazy, I would never pay that. People will pay that, and it's their choice. I'll shop until I find it at a price I am willing to pay. I know I could get one at MSRP, but I am keeping my 21 PAS.
