I am guessing you restored it. Do you have any pictures of the progress. Oh and before I forget, great bike!!!

I had a lot of the resto pix , but our house burned to the ground 18 months ago and they all went up with it ..

Its about 95% now , is about as close as I'm gonna get ..

Still torn over converting to 12 volt and solid state ignition , cause it is ridden ..

Thanks for the compliments , has been a labor intensive , deep pockets project ..

Bought it in 79 , and started this in 84 and finished in 98 ..

Leave it a 6 volt.batterys last forever if taken care of,the shorter 12volts are cheap and dont tie down well unless propped up,then original bars can be used with a custom top strap.Someone makes a solid state conversion which is 6 voltable and fits inside timing cap.Keep the bike as stock looking as possible-not many of these left looking like yours.6 volt lighting isnt great at night but spots help greatly. The tail lights arent great either but I see you are running bullets. Antique plate the bike and insure it accordingly.Rates are very reasonable yet some states wont allow night riding which solves the lighting issues.

Yeah I cant bring myself to converting to 12 volt after going this far ..

I do not ride it at night , only on nice days ..

It is insured well , believe me .. There are people who have ridden with me for years who have never seen it , and dont even know I have it , thats how I feel about it , and I trust them ..

But none of you know where I live
