Long Time Friend, Prayers for Kevin
Do not have much hope, but praying for his recovery.
He was my supervisor when I entered a government quality control program as an intern and years later I was his supervisor when at the Command level.
Great guy and everyone who worked for/with him never had a bad word.
From his daughter:
Hi all, I got some bad news.
My dad is Kevin Dolan, he retired in late 2018 or early 2019. He has been having strokes since around March or April, about 1 or 2 a month. The first two were minor but they got worse each time. The last one he had at home was on July 4th and he has been in 3 different emergency hospitals since then, transferred from one hospital to another. He has gone downhill fast. He stopped breathing Thursday morning and is now on life support. He is currently at Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital in Baltimore.

Update from Kevin's daughter:
The doctors say that dad is brain dead. They will do another test in a few hours just to confirm it. I will make a separate post once we have funeral arrangements made.
The good Lord has decided to take Kevin into his loving embrace to that undiscovered country from once born no traveler returns.
God speed Kevin and my you rest in peace my friend.
