Welcome back to all that went to the Sturgis rally this year.
I will be traveling from Maryland to Sturgis and then south to Scottsdale AZ two weeks from now. My trip will be a little over two weeks long. I know, that's quite a bit or riding for that amount of time. I'll be traveling with one buddy to Sturgis and then on my own after that.
I want to avoid traveling through the Chicago area - I sit in enough traffic in the Baltimore\Washington area.
I'd love to hear suggestions about routes, attractions, restaurants, and lodging.
I like gobbling up interstate miles, but also like the old US highway system where you can still make decent time but experience some of the communities and beauty that you are traveling through.
