This is good to hear, we're there for a week starting next Saturday. Any recommendations in the neighborhood for live music, popular biker hangouts, etc. ? Thanks.

It's pretty hard not to enjoy Ark on a motorcycle unless the weather sucks. Pick some roads and enjoy.

Staying in Harrison at the 1929 Hotel Seville - I really like this place and it's old time charm. Bonus - It's Crawdad Days !!

I'm not big on buffet but the Golden Corral in Harrison is pretty good. So is Coltons Steak House. In Jasper is Ozark Cafe. Just west of Jasper is Low Gap Cafe. Down in Oark is the general store, great burgers and homemade pie!

Thanks for the suggestions - had lunch at the Ozark Cafe today, planned on lunch in Oark but the line was outside the door but the drive was worth it.

Wish I had thought to tell you, there is another place to eat....go past Oark General Store about 2 miles to the end of the pavement. Catalpa Cafe.

I like Hot Springs, but hey I grew up there!

West Mountain Drive, Hot Springs Mountain, Hwy 7 North to Jessieville. Run out to Blakely Mountain Damn. Lots of good restaurants. McClard's BBQ on Albert Pike is a MUST. Mickey's BBQ on Hwy 5 west of the city is very good.

Lots of good roads west of the city near Lake Quachita.

But the riding up in the north west part of the state is the best by far.
