Hey - I was just there a few days ago, and have a pic that looks real similar. I came out the E gate, where they are doing the construction, and had to ride through about 8-10 miles of down hill grave road. That was NOT fun![:'(]
last summer when I made the trip we went in at west yellowstone montana andout through the south gate thete was about 20 miles of dirt luckily it rained the day before it was dry but not dusty but cages kept wanting to pass us kind of scary
Howdy, I also like it around Flathead Lake. Years ago when I was there, they used to have a boat that would take people out on the lake. I like Bald Eagles and there were a lot of them in the trees around the lake. Out in the lake, there are a few islands. On one of the islands were some Bighorn Sheep. I asked the guide how they got on the islands and he said that the lake would freeze over during the winter and the Bighorns would cross the ice and get to the islands that way. There's a lot in W. Montana that I like to see. Enjoy your trip.
