Default 110" issues?

I asked the local Harley dealer about installing the HD 110" kit in a 96" FLHTCU.
He replied that they did not have good experiences with that kit.
Anyone care to comment on why he mentioned that? Are the factory CVOs leak free and reliable?

Thanks!

I think the 120R is less expensive and quite a bit more powerful, but without a warranty.

To install a 110" kit on a 96" motor the engine is removed, case is split and bored out. Most dealers do not have the equipment to perform this function and it must be sent out. Don't personally know anyone who has done it, but I did do the the 103" kit on my Heritage and was very happy with that upgrade. Also I have to agree with TORQUEY that you might just consider the 120" upgrade. Compare the co$t.
