CVO Numbers
How many of each model does HD build?
Just curious.....I am interested in the new CVO Road Glide Ultra but since I purchased a 14 Limited in May I may have to wait till '16.

They usually build 1500-3000 of each model and not the same model every year. They did a CVO Road Glide Ultra in 2011 and now one for 2015--maybe not another one for at least 5 years. The first CVO Road Glide was in 2000 then 2001 then I think 2009.

For the CVO Touring rigs, they usually do around 1500 to 1800 per color, per year.
Now this is what is projected on paper. With my bike, it was scheduled to make 1500. I guess I got lucky because they only made 491 of mine worldwide.
Since the touring bikes are the most popular, they do come close to what they project. Other CVO other then touring bike are usually a lot less.

I'm going out on a limb here and predicting the Road Glide special as being a CVO model for 2016. I may be playing Captain Obvious here.

I bought a 2014 CVO Breakout. Supposedly they made a total run of 1900. But I am unsure how many of each color combo of which there were three. I bought the orange one and I absolutely love this bike.
