Never was a fan of stock tank.....single tank on sportys. But just never looked rite to me on a shovel no matter what year. But just me. Like mine with split tank but long fender . Like was said short fender looks like dirt bike fender. Can't go wrong with red tho. Lol

With the split tanks and Sportster front end, the bike always looked like a a big breasted woman with skinny legs. Never looked right to me. You really need 41mm wide glide forks for split tanks IMO. I love red! Everyone does black.

I just got done putting it back to (close) to stock. I like it.

Stock. I wouldn't mess with original art.
