Default 76 FXE Wheel Bearing replacment ?

Manual simply states remove seal but does not explain how.
1. Is there a easy way to pop seal out shown in picture?
2. Does the bearing simply fall out after seal remaoval as it seams to be loose and wobbles around like its only held in by seal?
Thanks for everyone help on previous post. My resto is underway

You just pop the seal out with a broad screwdriver, and throw it away. The bearing will come right out. Don't mix the bearings up unless you plan to replace them and the races. The races are a light press into the hub, but if they aren't damaged at all, you can leave them in.. There is a spacer in between the bearings, which sets bearing pre-load, don't mix that with the back wheel if they are both 16".

Just stick a screwdriver under the seal and pop it out, and the bearing will fall out. That seal is no good anyway, already has a dent. Some are stubborn, might need a couple screwdrivers. A little block of wood for better leverage on the wheel next to the seal helps sometimes - and also keeps the screwdriver from pushing a lifted edge back down. There are tools that aren't supposed to damage seals like prying with a screwdriver will, but I wouldn't re-use a wheel bearing seal anyway, they're too important. Don't forget to wipe a film of grease on the inside mating surface of the seal before pushing the axle in, too. Be sure you save the shims and put everything back on the same side of the wheel they came off. I check the shimming with the bearing cleaned and dry before grease, if a '76 has shims like the 80's and 90's did.

Thanks to both of you. Worked like a charm and races are good! Consider this thread closed and we will move on!
