2/4 plug compression release

Default 2/4 plug compression release
I have an 81 shovel that has two plugs on one side and compression releases on the other. I don't care for the compression releases. Can I remove the releases and install two more plugs? I have a morris magneto that only has two wires. Do they make a four wire set up?

they did make a 4 wire set up for a mag not sure if they still do

if the threads are 14 mm then you can swap it out sometimes you find a thread reducer

Morris does make a 4 wire set. $179 I found.

Why 2 plugs on one side? I thought the purpose of Dual plugs was to help the burn on both sides of the piston dome.. One plug on each side.....

I took it to be left and right side not just the left

on plug in each cylinder on the left, one comp release in each cylinder on the right = two on each side...
