I’ve been trying to locate what I believe is the correct timer cover decal for my bike. Sales literature and accessory books show a ‘spun’ aluminium finish with ‘Harley motor co’ in black lettering (sort of a larger version of the caliper emblem).
Part 32596-73 is a sportster version that looks the same, but with the lettering for the vertical mounting rather than horizontal (pic below).
my bike had a metal decal on a flat Ali. Plate but any design was completely worn away.
Parts books aren’t giving me any help either. Anyone help?
