Cycle Warehouse in Butler PA.
I've been searching for these side cover ***** for a long time.
They had several sets, still in original paper wrapping.

They pop up time to time on ebay with little NOS goodies like those, making a point to do a side trip to that place next time I back east again just go gawking.
