Well if your laughing about the oil on the rear tire it happened before "I WAS WARNED" as you put it. So Ha ha your a day late and a dollar short.but I can see where that is very funny if someone's rear tire gets oiled up, wreck and gets hurt real bad. Thanks to the others for the replies I'm gonna tear into the oil pump and try this weekend. I haven't had any problems with it since.

Lighten up young fellow -- he was laughing WITH you not AT you he probly wore out more tires than you have miles ridden --

the guys jap each other in a good way --

and you made no mention of it doing just that -- it was the reason i wrote that out as a heads up

pipe the crank vent to the side....I have also run catch cans

No Jbic, wasnt laughing about the oil on the rear tire! oil is bad and dangerous for either tire. glad you weren't hurt.

I apologize I was having a very bad day. This damn bike has got me so pissed off. It seems like every 150 - 200 miles I have to do something else to it. I'm beginning to think it was a mistake buying it. I've got 6 Hondas that give me virtually no problems. One of them is a custom chopper and I put a harley part on it and it broke down. But I've always been intrigued by the old shovelheads. Again I apologize and thanks do all the tips. I think I'm just going to replace the oil pump it just doesn't seem right to me.

it's a love hate relationship! just like a woman! only they give more pleasure than a splittail! when you get her figured out it's nothing but love!!!!!
