Nice touch to see and be seen. Like how its looks on the engine guard. Does it have a separate switch?

No, I wired it just like the running lights - on/off with the key.

I shined it up and installed these really cool Willie G skull license plate bolts. Next weekend, new grips, black levers, oil change and tune up.

Thanks. Hmmmmm....How do the engine guard lights work when all of your other lights are off assuming the key is also off.

Added RKC airshocks. Pics to come...

VERY VERY happy with this upgrade. Immediate difference felt and improved ride and comfort.

Default What did you do to Your Sportster Today?

After thinking long and hard about it, I traded it for a new Slim S.

Definitely an entirely different bike, but better for my needs.

Congratulations on your new ride!

This is the main reason that I have stayed away from the dealer... I really like that bike and I am very tempted to trade the RK for it... makes absolutely no sense since I have the RK for going on long trips with friends and the 48 to relief stress around town...

Well, if it helps, the bike is no RK replacement, but I have my BMW for those trips (and rainy days.).

It would take some cash to kit it out for touring, then it wouldn't be what it is.
