This has nothing to do with customs, it's how FC handled the error that they made. Rather than dealing with customs themselves to get this sorted out and keep the customer happy they had my wife make calls and fax paperwork to get THEIR error corrected.
I'm always buying stuff from the US. You guys often have better prices and better variety. In this case I wanted a quality American made jacket that's why I went to FC. I'm happy with the actual product but dis-satisfied with the service. After this order is received I'm unlikely to buy from them again.
Looks like Fox Creek are back to upsetting customers again, Just received a easter Email from Fox Creek offering Easter discount on a Vest. Applied the code Payed them the money using Paypal. Within a short time F.C. called telling me that they had made a mistake on the price and the discount could not be used. To add to everything was told it could take up to a week for my refund.
Come on Fox Creek if you make a mistake and it's your fault correct the fault so it doesn't happen again but DONT take it out on your customers

Someone made a mistake I better run to the Internet dig up an old thread and pile it on!
This is what I posted back in 2012. And it's 100% the way I still feel. Fox Creek is a fantastic, American company with nothing to apologize for. But thanks for resurrecting a ridiculously old thread. Because at the very least, it shows the great support that those on this forum have for a great company.
