I think they misspelled it on purpose, because Harley-Davidson is a copyrighted name. Many Chinese companies that make copy-cat products choose to make slight modifications to the product's name so as to not infringe on the original product's copyrights. It's a very common practice. Of course, it doesn't matter what the real reason is, we get to have a good laugh out of it.
