The v&h os 450 sound bad ***. I just put a set on and they rumble with the dresser duals.
That's what I got, too!!!! Mine are still in the box, tho...... I love everything I've heard about the 450's. Can't wait to hear them with the true Dresser duals.....

I had the 4" cvo slip ons before. There is no comparison. You will be smiling
A wind screen is usually a must on a SG but depending on your height
Tried higher windscreens on my sgs, just to see dif. Went back to stock. actually a smoother ride for me as long as I installed H-D Chrome wind deflectors. Plus I like the look so much better.
JMO, if I bought a CVO SG, I would run stock then over time change out different components, this way every day is christmas. Just me however, have fun.
I am running this exact setup on my 2015 RGS (with SERT & SE air filter). Nice deep rumble. I really like the sound and a nice power gain, too. Authoritative, but not too loud.
I just put a deposit on a 2016 CVO Street Glide and am looking for some advice. I am adding Vance and Hines Power duals and looking for slip-ons, Vance and Hines recommended the new 450 OS and it sounds like a great fit. Does anyone have this set up? I am also interested in adding a Screaming Eagle 585 cam out of the gate so I can have it Dyno'd once LOL, wondering if anyone is running this cam on a stock CVO 110 with full exhaust and dyno. Also wondering what seats everyone is running and if any one has the matching removable tour pack installed. I am psyched to get the bike its the Carbon Crystal with phantom flames. Any other must haves? I am going from a 2013 ultra limited to this and keeping both for now. Any input welcome and appreciated.
After coming off a 120R, I wouldn't change the cam right of the gate. Nothing wrong with the 255's plenty of power. Keep your bike under warranty and when its done then do motor work because the cam alone for me anyway wouldn't make much of a difference. There are better cams out there anyway.
So I just got my bike Dyno'd with the stock intake and Vance and Hines power duals. It hit 100HP and 111TQ SAE 5. The guys at the dealership where very impressed with the numbers.
Man if I may suggest, do yourself a flavor and check out Fullsac.com. One stop shop! X pipe, CVO Baffles, screens, and (my opinion, the Best Tuning device) TTS Mastertune Turner. Dyno proven Free maps.
Reports have it that the V&H PDs will scrape on hard right turns.
Good luck and Congrads!

Second that. They are great people to deal with as well.
Best advice buy a SGs and build it like you want. Cams a waste in Stock piston 110 compression is too low. Or save up for a procharger or aftermarket big bore kit. 585 cams will not add much. I talked to 2 dealerships and an indy dyno tuner. Best bang for buck is full exhaust, and dyno tune. That makes the biggest difference. I'm making 93/113 with decat header and cfr slip ons. A good 2 to 1 or power duals will make 3-5 more horse and torque.
