My experience with S&S CS was outstanding. And have not seen any complaints since.
Since me....HA.What did S&S do for YOUR IDEA? A free T-Shirt..HA?
How many customers sold their bikes with S&S low mileage pipes and got PORKED like me? How many reported? Funny i called the original dealer who installed these MASTERPIECES OF MODERN DESIGN.
And was told their cracking tranny cases(oil pans).Original owner's got a free pass.
Suckers like me BEND OVER.
Well i will tell it like it happened and BASH that F'N company were ever and when ever i can. It's a true story and i warned them what I will do.No sorry sir..OK,No F'N problem.
Your money.With luck no misery.
S&S Have a ton of fans... For now .Purchasing a used bike with S&S exhaust is a ROLL OF THE DICE..HA,Happy trails, when not broke.
UPDATE,Guess i wasn't the only one after all: http://www.roadglide.org/20-intake-e...-question.html
i've got the power tune duals with CFR's. Love the head pipe. I believe they have fixed the issues they were having with the brackets breaking and whatnot.
I bought my PowerTune duals a while back so they shipped with the old style crossover mounting bracket. After hearing of the problems some were having (cracked trans cases etc) I called S&S and requested the updated mounting hardware; they shipped it right away priority mail to Canada. No questions asked, no proof of purchase required.
S&S Power Tune w/Bassani DnT's, been on a little over a week ...............
This is the exact setup I'm ordering... How do you like it. Right now I'm running all stock pipes w/cat and CFRs and like the sound so I'm pretty sure I'm gonna love the S&S, DnT, big sucker setup..
Nope not at all........
I could not decide on this header or a 2 into1. I hated my old V&H duals, the exit on the left over the primary.
I am happy with the S&S and would buy again.
