Yep, great idea since a slight bump to the rear on the stand, and it'll fold right up when lowered! Don't even ask me how I know this, it had nothing to do with a Harley, luckily!

Great tip about bungeeing the kickstand in the down position as they seem to fold readily when the bike rolls forward a little.

Slightly cheaper option that works well for me. I use a couple hockey pucks on the frame rails. Easy to store, easy to use. Still need bike upright for the most part first tho. I have a front wheel chock for that that hold bike upright on it's own until it can be lifted.

I have 2 of these made up, have forgotten how many times we have used them.

The one was changed a little bit to make taller so it could be used to pick up a Yamaha Venture.

It's not for all repairs or service but does have it's uses
