Rode it around a bunch, until a Prius sideswiped me. Brake pedal made contact with his tire and got ripped back, snapping it from the ball joint on the pushrod. Highway peg made contact too, but the bracket just bent so I bent it back, good ole DK customs If I was a flip flop kind of guy I'd have a few shorter toes. Always wear boots my friends.
You can see the tire burn mark on the foot peg.
If anyone has a pedal and pushrod laying around please let me know so I could buy em off you. PN 5060024 - brake pedal and PN 5060091 - pushrod
Or if you know what size helicoil kit I would need to drill out the hole in the brake pedal and get a new thread in there.
Oh and what would be a good weight ballpein hammer to use to get those dents hammered out on my heat shield? I don't own one yet.
installed my H4 headlight on Saturday. Including my 55/100W Hella light, this light in INTENSE.
Here is a comparison of the various factors, all shot at same ISO/SS/F#. This was at 70 Ft from the rear of the subaru.
Couldnt get it to upload properly here, so theres flickr. https://flic.kr/s/aHskCLYbGr
