So I have my first 160 miles and five days experience on the new ride. Getting quicker at using reverse even though I still find myself parking where I don't always need it.
My question is on the e-brake. Old habits are hard to break and I find myself ignoring the e-brake and just leaving the bike in gear when parking it.
Good, bad? Do other TG or FW owners always use the e-brake and leave the bike in N?

I do not use my e brake at all. I leave it in gear. Have a 2013 Tri and never had a problem.
I never use the parking brake, I always park in 1st... Semantics here but the the parking brake is not an Emergency brake, Its a parking brake..Only...
I have a 2013 and have never used the parking brake; I park in first. If I park on a steep incline, I have a velcro strap that I put around the front brake lever as added security
I use the rear brake only when on steep hill, and I ensure the brake is adjusted every time I change oil, and for sure before big trip, or to unknown area. The even with brake I leave in gear.
